This policy outlines our procedures for order processing, dispatch, and delivery within Pakistan. Our commitment is to ensure your Xavier order reaches you in a timely and secure manner.
1. Order Confirmation and Processing
Order Verification: Upon placing an order on www.xavier.pk, you will receive a verification call or message to confirm the order details (item, size, address). This is a mandatory step to prevent fraud and ensure accuracy.
Dispatch Time: All confirmed orders are sent for dispatch within 24 to 48 hours of receiving confirmation. We process and dispatch orders during regular business days (Monday to Saturday), excluding national public holidays.
Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. Once the parcel is handed over to the courier service, the order cannot be canceled. Please contact us immediately at xavier.outfits@gmail.com if you wish to cancel an order.
2. Shipping & Delivery Estimates
We utilize reliable third-party courier services for delivery across Pakistan. Delivery times are estimated from the moment your parcel is dispatched from our facility.

- These timeframes are estimates. Factors such as adverse weather, political conditions, or unforeseen courier delays may occasionally affect delivery times.
- Xavier is not liable for any delays that are outside of our direct control, but we will always assist in tracking your shipment.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) are calculated based on your location and the size/weight of your order and will be clearly displayed at the checkout page before payment.
4. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or message containing your Tracking Number and the courier partner's tracking link. You can use this information to monitor the status and location of your parcel directly.
5. Damaged or Lost Parcels
Damaged Goods: If you receive a parcel that appears tampered with or significantly damaged, please do not accept it. If the damage is discovered after acceptance, you must contact us at xavier.outfits@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged product and packaging.
Lost Parcels: In the rare event a parcel is lost by the courier, we will initiate a claim on your behalf. We will either send a replacement shipment (subject to stock availability) or issue a refund/store credit after the courier confirms the parcel is officially lost.
