Xavier Refund & Return Policy

At Xavier, we value your trust and strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. To ensure transparency, we’ve outlined our return and refund guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your parcel if:

  • You received the wrong product (different from what you ordered).

  • You received the wrong size than what you selected at checkout.

⚠️ Please note: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact to qualify for a return.

2. Refund Policy for Product Quality

We take pride in our product quality and printing durability. However, if the print fades, peels, or removes within 3 months of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement for that item.

3. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Cases

  • Products returned after 3 days of delivery (except in the case of printing issues within 3 months).

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse, washing errors, or not following care instructions.

  • Discounted or promotional items (unless received in the wrong size or as the wrong product).

4. How to Request a Return/Refund

To initiate a return or refund:

  1. Contact us at return@xavier.pk within the eligible time frame.

  2. Provide your order number, clear pictures of the product, and a brief description of the issue.

  3. Our support team will guide you through the process.

5. Processing Time

  • Approved returns/refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned product.

  • Refunds will be made through your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
